Terms

Last updated 25 July 2026

These terms cover access to Callure while it is in early access. They are short because the product is early and we would rather say less and mean it.

What you are getting

Callure answers inbound calls to a number you point at it, on behalf of your business, using only the facts and policies you have approved. Anything about payment is agreed with you directly and in writing before it applies. There is no self-serve billing, and this site does not take payment.

Not an emergency service

Callure is not an emergency service, a medical service, or a safety system. Its emergency handling exists to get a caller off the phone and onto 911 quickly — it is not a substitute for emergency services and must never be presented to your customers as one.

Your facts are yours

Callure says only what you have approved. You are responsible for the accuracy of the hours, service area, services, prices, and policies you configure. Callure will not invent any of them; where you have not approved a fact, it says so and offers a person.

Availability

This is early software and we make no service-level commitment. Do not make Callure the only way a customer can reach you. Keep a human path open — a mobile number, an after-hours line, whatever you use today.

Acceptable use

Callure answers calls that come to you. Do not use it to place outbound calls to people who have not contacted you, do not use it for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to make it give medical, legal, or safety advice.

Recording and consent

Callure does not record calls. If you record calls by some other means, that is your arrangement with your customers and your state's consent law, and it is your responsibility.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by pointing your number away from Callure and telling us. We can end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the service, and we will tell you before we do.

No warranty, and limits

Callure is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business from a call that was not handled the way you wanted.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we will tell the businesses using Callure before the change takes effect. Questions go to legal@callure.ai.
