This describes how Callure handles information today, before general availability. It is written to match what the software actually does. When the software changes, this page changes with it.

Calls are not recorded and transcripts are not kept

Callure does not record call audio and does not store a transcript of what was said. Audio moves through the speech provider in real time so the conversation can happen, and we do not retain a recording or a written transcript of it.

What survives a call is a short structured record: when it happened, which language was used, what the caller said they needed, the callback number, and whether the call ended in a booking, a lead, a transfer, or nothing.

We cannot make commitments on a provider's behalf about what it processes internally. The providers involved are named below.

What we store

Business configuration you give us: business name, the persona the caller hears, hours, service area, the services you offer, the policies and facts Callure is allowed to state, and the destinations for transfers, calendar entries, and owner email.

A per-call record as described above, plus the appointment when one is booked.

Account and membership information for the people you authorise to open the dashboard.

Every row is scoped to one business at the database level, and that scoping is enforced by the database itself rather than by application code remembering to filter.

What the dashboard shows

Callback numbers appear redacted to the last four digits in the owner dashboard. The dashboard is designed so that an operator can review an outcome without a full phone number being on screen.

What we do not do

We do not send SMS. We do not take payments or card details on this site. We do not sell or rent information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

We do not train models. Provider terms govern anything a provider does on its own side; the providers are named below so you can read theirs.

Providers we rely on

Telephony and call delivery: Twilio. Speech: xAI. Database and storage: Supabase (PostgreSQL). Email delivery and DNS: Cloudflare. Hosting for this site and the owner dashboard: Vercel.

This list is current as of the date at the top of this page and will change as the product does. If it changes materially we will say so here.

How long we keep things

Retention is set per business during onboarding. We would rather leave a number off this page than publish one we do not yet enforce everywhere. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what your configuration does.

Your callers' information

The information a caller gives is your customers' information. You decide what Callure is allowed to say and store; we process it to run the calls you have asked us to run, and we do not use it for anything else.

Requests and questions

Write to privacy@callure.ai. Tell us which business you are asking about and what you want to know, correct, or remove, and we will reply with what we can actually do rather than a form letter.

Not an emergency service

Callure is not an emergency service and must not be relied on as one. In an emergency, hang up and call 911.
